1. Publisher
SummitFlag is published by Arnaud Herault EI - SummitFlag, sole trader / micro-entrepreneur registered in France, SIRET 84338887700055, 27 rue François Chauveau, 49540 Terranjou, France. Contact: support@summitflag.fr.
2. Purpose
SummitFlag is a motivation and personal organization app designed to help users launch short sessions, track markers, view progress and keep momentum.
3. Account
Some features require an account. Users must provide a valid email address and must not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively.
4. Premium subscription
Full access is offered at €2.99 per month in the euro area, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the free trial, the monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through the App Store or Google Play before renewal.
5. SummitFlag Campus
Where an institution funds SummitFlag Campus, an eligible user may receive temporary Premium access for the period covered by the institutional licence. Access is personal, non-transferable and may require verification of an institutional email address or another eligibility method. A campaign code or link alone never creates a right of access.
Campus activation does not automatically cancel a personal App Store or Google Play subscription. Users remain responsible for managing any existing store subscription if they no longer wish to be billed personally. The institution only receives the aggregate indicators included in its offer and cannot access an individual user’s sessions, markers, journal or progress.
6. International pricing
Outside the euro area, the subscription price is shown in your local currency on the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Local prices may vary depending on your country or region, currency, taxes, exchange rates and platform pricing rules. The price displayed by the store at the time of purchase is the applicable price.
7. Payment and cancellation
Payments, renewals, cancellation, potential refunds and payment methods are managed by Apple or Google depending on the purchase platform. SummitFlag does not directly store card data.
8. VAT
Arnaud Herault EI - SummitFlag benefits from the French VAT exemption regime for micro-entrepreneurs. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. In-app purchases and subscriptions remain subject to Apple and Google platform rules for billing, currency and taxes.
9. Responsible use
Users must not alter the service, bypass Premium access, share or misuse an institutional access right, automate abusive requests or harm infrastructure or other users.
10. Motivation and health
SummitFlag is a motivation and personal organization tool. It does not replace medical, psychological, educational, coaching or emergency support.
11. Availability
SummitFlag makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee permanent availability.
12. Intellectual property
The SummitFlag brand, visual identity, text, interfaces, logos and graphic elements are protected.
